Same team. Same budget. Measurably more revenue.
AI agents in Dynamics 365 Sales take over research, CRM upkeep and meeting prep. Your team gains time with customers – and you gain a pipeline you can rely on.
Free, no obligation, no follow-up required.
What it gives you as sales leadership
Connected Sales is Ambit Group AG's advisory offering for AI agents in sales with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales – for sales leaders in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
More time with customers.
Agents take over research, meeting prep and CRM upkeep – your sellers sell.
A pipeline that prioritises itself.
You see which deal is slipping and which lead is hot before it gets expensive.
Answers instead of reports.
You ask about pipeline and forecast in plain language and get the answer with its reasoning.
You start with one team and one agent. Roll-out only happens once the pilot delivers.
Three agents cover the entire sales cycle
Not a future promise. These agents are available in Dynamics 365 Sales and can be tuned to your ideal customer profile, your language and your process.
More qualified leads – without more people
Researches every lead from CRM, web and your own knowledge sources. Reaches out, follows up, answers questions and detects buying intent. Only leads that fit your profile reach a seller — the rest are cleanly filtered out.
Fewer lost deals
Accompanies the opportunity through to close: prepares conversations, proposes the next sensible step, keeps communication moving and surfaces risks in the deal before they get expensive.
Pipeline and forecast answers – without digging through reports
Your analyst on call. Ask about pipeline, forecast or territory planning in plain language and get an answer with its reasoning — instead of assembling it from four reports.
Behind this sits the agent architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, plus further agents for opportunity analysis, data enrichment and recommended actions. The level of automation is configurable: from research only through to autonomous outreach. Traceability, permissions and data protection stay inside your Microsoft tenant.
Why this needs deciding now
The strain on sales organisations is measurable — and it feeds straight through to quota attainment.
Sources: InsideSales.com, “Time Management for Sales Study”, 2018 — survey of more than 720 sales reps, 35.2 % of their time spent selling. Gartner, “Increase Sales Productivity With an AI-Powered Seller Action Hub”, May 2025. Forrester Consulting, “The Projected Total Economic Impact of Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales”, commissioned by Microsoft, October 2024 — modelled figures for a composite organisation. Your own baseline is what counts.
What does that mean for your numbers?
Four inputs is all it takes. The calculator applies the improvement rates from the Forrester study to your own team.
Heutiger Umsatz aus dieser Rechnung: —
Model: year-three improvement rates from the Forrester TEI study applied to win rate, opportunities worked and deal size. Selling hours: assumption of 4 hours per seller per week over 46 working weeks. An orientation, not a promise.
Where AI takes over — and where humans lead
The dividing line is surprisingly clear. Everything data- and research-heavy moves to AI. Everything involving trust, negotiation and escalation stays with people.
The CRM stops being a database
For years the CRM was a system of record: your sellers typed in data so that someone could build a report from it later. Value for the seller: close to none. That is exactly what is changing now.
CRM as a filing cabinet
- The seller enters data afterwards, often days later and incomplete.
- Anyone who wants to know something has to go into the system and search.
- The system waits passively to be filled.
- The forecast is ultimately only as good as the team's discipline.
An orchestrated agent framework
- Agents work in Outlook, Teams and on calls — where selling actually happens. Not in a separate screen.
- Data emerges as a by-product of the work, instead of being typed in afterwards.
- The system speaks up on its own: this deal is slipping, this lead is hot, here is the next step.
- Several agents share the work and hand over to a human when it matters.
AI does not replace sales personalities. But it increasingly replaces their information processing.
Christian Schipp, from the webinar series “AI in CRM — from data to impact”
From idea to number in three steps
No big-bang project. You will see early whether this holds up for your sales organisation — and exactly where.
Establish the baseline
We look at your sales process: where time is lost, where the pipeline breaks down, how reliable your data is today.
Workshop: target picture and business case
One structured day with your team. Maturity check, live demo of the agents on your own topics, prioritised action areas and a number for the board.
Pilot on real deals
One team, one clearly scoped agent, measurable KPIs. You only roll out once the pilot delivers.
Successful transformation does not start with technology. It starts with a clear ambition. My job is to connect strategy, CRM and AI into one target picture that shows up measurably in sales.

One day that creates clarity
Most CRM and CX initiatives fail not because of technology, but because of a lack of clarity about goals, processes and value. The workshop brings strategy, the business and IT to one table for a day — with AI agents live in action.

What does AI in sales actually deliver?
AI agents take over what costs sellers hours today: research, CRM upkeep and meeting prep. According to the Forrester model (TEI study 2024, commissioned by Microsoft), organisations that use AI consistently across sales achieve 3.5 to 8.2 % more revenue. You can size your own situation with the calculator on this page.
Which AI agents are available in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales?
Three agents cover the sales cycle: the Sales Qualification Agent researches and qualifies leads, the Sales Close Agent accompanies opportunities through to close, and the Sales Research Agent answers questions about pipeline, forecast and territory planning in plain language. On top come agents for opportunity analysis, data enrichment and recommended actions.
Do we need a new CRM for this?
Not necessarily. We deliberately focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. A switch pays off if a legacy system is in place today, the team barely uses the current solution or there is no CRM at all. If you are happy with your current CRM, a switch does not pay off – in that case we help you, for example with Microsoft Copilot Studio, to use AI agents there as well.
Does AI replace sellers?
No. Everything data- and research-heavy moves to AI. Relationship, trust, negotiation and escalation stay with people: AI supplies the arguments, your team runs the conversation.
How do we get started and when do we see results?
In three steps: a free 30-minute intro call, a workshop day on target picture and business case, then a pilot with one team and one clearly scoped agent. The first result arrives within 6 to 10 weeks. Roll-out only happens once the pilot delivers.
What do the workshops cost?
The one-day workshops have fixed prices. You will find all details in the Ambit Group workshop overview. In addition, there is the Sales Accelerator programme.
Do we keep control of our data?
Yes. Traceability, permissions and data protection stay inside your Microsoft tenant. You set the level of automation yourself – from research only through to autonomous outreach.
